No guaranteed outcomes

We bring experience and best practice, but bookings, occupancy, and revenue depend on many factors outside our control (market conditions, your property, pricing decisions, platform algorithms, seasonality). Except where a specific written guarantee is offered for a specific package, we do not warrant any particular result.

Compliance guidance

Any information we provide about short-term-letting regulations, municipal rates, zoning, or tax is general guidance only and is not legal, planning, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own compliance and should consult a qualified professional for formal matters.

Fees & payment

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
